Will there be one or two persons of your team at our wedding?
For wedding packages that include a second shooter, you can expect one of us as your main photographer and a trusted photographer friend or the other one of us as a second shooter capturing the most crucial parts of your day.
How many photographs of our wedding will we receive?
You will receive the best photos of your wedding day. Usually we deliver between 500 – 1000 images, depending on the booked time frame.
When will we get the photos after our wedding?
We deliver your photos within 6-8 weeks.
How far in advance should we book our wedding or elopement?
Lots of couples book well in advance, but we also love spontaneous adventures! The sooner you book the more chance you have of having us available for your day. When you book with a deposit, this locks in your date.
Do I need to pay a deposit, and when does it need to be paid by?
Yes, The deposit secures your spot for your chosen date. Deposits are 50% of the total fee, preferably paid 6 months before the event. The rest must be paid anytime before 14 days prior to the event date.
What kind of equipment do you use?
We work with professional equipment. We use Sony A7III and A7rIIIbodies fitted with our lenses, with an array of supporting equipment to make sure our photography and videography keeps up with the action! For drone photo & video, we use our Mavic 2 Zoom.
Can I book you for a wedding overseas?

What and when do you eat on our wedding day?
It’s great if you have one serving left for each of us, but don’t worry about seats! We always try to eat at the same time as the wedding guests depending on the flow.
Do you offer canvas prints or photo albums?
Yes! We offer lots of different options for albums, prints, canvas, magazines and more once your gallery has been delivered.
Do you do other kinds of photography other than weddings?
We love people, so you don’t need to be getting married to have a shoot with us. Reach out to us your idea!
What is your cancellation policy?
We are never stressed for time, so if you need to postpone your event, we will stick with you every step of the way and come up with the perfect second plan A.
If it can't be helped, any cancellation that occurs within 90 days from the event date, the deposit will be non-refundable. If cancellation occurs any time before the 90 day period, then any payments made beyond 30% of the full fare will be refunded.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yup! These work as credit valid for 6 months and can be purchased from 30$ to as much as you’d like!
Do you charge travel?
When you book with us, you will have the option to let us know where your big day will be. We have travel costs based per regions to make it easy and fair. These are based on the recommended 70c/km cost and/or relevant accomodation costs. You'll be able to see your package breakdown once you enquire.
